thanks for sharing that. i've never heard that. nor have i spent much time considering the difference between friendship and romantic love. i guess because for me, i love all those i'm close to. and what matters most is that i feel like we can be ourselves and be open with one another emotionally. but when you live with someone or work with them, it can change the dynamic because you bring money into the relationship, and issues like cleanliness, responsibility, and control issues.

when friends just see each other when they share a meal, it's so different from when you share your home space.
